Hi I am new this will be different to all of yours maby so don’t judge I will be kind of telling you how to conker things so like when you are stressed how to calm down and stuff like that I will also say how I feel depending on what is happening sos for bad spelling i am soo tiard so if i have spelt something rong i am very sorry
